Manisa Private Grandmedical Hospital management visited Manisa Police Chief Ömer Uslusoy on the occasion of the 177th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Police Department and the Police Week. Üzeyir Dindar, Chairman of the Board of Grandmedical Hospital, noted that the members of the police were performing a very difficult and sacred task, and that everyone lived in peace and security thanks to the constant struggle day and night. Explaining that Manisa has become one of the trouble-free cities in terms of public order thanks to the successful work of the Provincial Police Department, Dindar expressed his condolences to all the members of the police who have been martyred for the country so far, and to their relatives, on the occasion of his visit.
DRUG OPERATIONS INCREASED
Omer Uslusoy, Manisa Provincial Police Chief, gave brief information about their work during the visit. Stating that there has been a heavy traffic accident lately and emphasizing that drivers should be more careful, Uslusoy noted that the inspections on this issue continue uninterrupted. While talking about the fight against drugs, Uslusoy said that there has been an increase in the use of drugs with narcotic properties in the recent period, but that the seizures on this subject have increased exponentially with successful operations compared to previous years. Uslusoy stated that the biggest responsibility in this matter falls to the mothers and reminded the saying that 'the best narcotics policeman is the mother'. The visit ended with a gift presentation and a group photo shoot.
