14 March Medicine Day was celebrated in the shadow of the strike launched by public doctors citing the problems experienced in the health sector. In the private health institutions, which have rapidly increased their technical equipment and physician staff in recent years, enthusiasm dominated the celebrations. In the celebration held at Manisa Private Grandmedical Hospital, the problems experienced in the sector were highlighted and it was emphasized that they should be solved as soon as possible. Kahya said, "If there were no private hospitals and the opportunity to go abroad today, physicians would not be stronger at the table. We are happy to help physicians become stronger. A physician is not easily trained. The state spends money on training physicians, but makes the same investments for other professions. They also provide compulsory service.
